HAWERA DISTRICT COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Hawera District Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute a certain public work namely, the construction of a street and for the purpose of such public work, the fee simple estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land in respect of which the interest above described is so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Hawera District Council, Albion Street, Hawera, and is open for public inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

Every person affected who wishes to make any objection to the execution of the said public work, or to the taking of the said interest in the said land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) must state his objection in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Wellington.

If any objection is made a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of hearing.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 1048 square metres, being part Lots 1 and 14, Deposited Plan 8906 and being part Section 190, Patea District, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title B1/519, Taranaki Registry, and being situated at 17 McCarthy Street, Hawera.
