Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Clive Grange Domain Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Clive Grange Domain Recreation Reserve to be administered as a reserve for recreation purposes by the Hawke’s Bay County Council.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hawke’s Bay County Council on the 13th day of July 1981: “That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hawke’s Bay County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the said Council, and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act”.
