NOTICE is hereby given that a petition:
(1) For an order forbidding the company from recognising the two new shareholders allegedly introduced by the resolutions of 14th August 1981 as shareholders or as having any rights or privileges whatever in relation to the company and from treating the rights and privileges of the petitioner and other shareholders of the company as at 13 August 1981, as in any way different from those which existed on 13 August 1981 or altered by such alleged resolutions, unless and until the order sought by your petitioner in (2) below is completely complied with, or if the order there sought is not granted then at all; and
(2) For an order that all the shares of your petitioner be purchased at a price of $150 per share for each existing $2 share by another member or members of the company, or a purchaser, as the directors of the company may approve and arrange, and if that is not effected within 2 calendar months of the making of this order then that the company shall purchase the shares at that price and in consequence the capital of the company shall be appropriately reduced.
(3) Or that such order may be made in the premises as shall be just,
