MARAC FINANCE LTD. and Marac Corporation Ltd., both duly incorporated companies having their respective offices at Auckland, being the holder of a debenture dated 23 September 1980, given to it by Graeme Marshall Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 20th day of November 1981 they appointed Anthony George Lewis and Geoffrey Alexander Hamilton both of Christchurch, chartered accountants, whose offices are the offices of Messrs Barr Burgess and Stewart, 208 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, as receivers and managers of all the property and undertaking of Graeme Marshall Ltd., pursuant to the powers contained in the said debenture.
