PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby proclaims as road and vests in the Helensville Borough Council the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Waitaki County Council at nil consideration.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as reserves for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land shall be transferred by the Porirua City Council to Her Majesty the Queen for the purposes of the said Act as an addition to Whitireia Park.

   (c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
