PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the declaration dated the 4th day of August 1981, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 13 August 1981, No. 96, p. 2244, to be amended by omitting from the description of the land lastly described the words “Gazette, 1901, p. 2085, Proclamation 592”, and substituting the words “Gazette, 1901, p. 2085, Proclamation 621,”.

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the declaration dated the 26th day of May 1980, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 29 May 1980, No. 62, p. 1630, to be amended by omitting from the description of the land ninety-fourth described the words “Proc. 592” and substituting the words “Proc. 621”, and further, by omitting from the description of the land one hundred and fourtly and one hundred and fifthly described the words “Proc. 832” and substituting the words “Proc. 889”.
