Declaring Road in Block II, Hautapu Survey District, Rangitikei County to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road;

and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road firstly and secondly described in the said Schedule to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 26th day of November 1981.

Road Closed and Taken for a Technical Institute in the City of Dunedin

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto; and pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land comprised in the road hereby closed is hereby taken for a technical institute, from and after the 26th day of November 1981.
