cut, polish, make merchantable, sell, buy, exchange, repair,
alter, let on hire and produce merchandise of every descrip-
tion and without limiting the foregoing, diamond jewellery,
gold, silver, gold and silver plate, plated articles, coins,
medals, curiosities, articles of virtue, bronzes, china, watches,
clocks, cutlery, optical and scientific instruments, precious and
semi-precious stones, minerals, sands, earths, plastics, gums,
woods and articles of substances of all kinds and descriptions.
(2) To carry on throughout New Zealand and elsewhere
all or any of the activities aforementioned and to trade in
all classes of goods, wares and commodities of every descrip-
tion.

  1. Principal Place of Business: The Registered Office of the
    General Partner is at 16 St. Marks Road, Remuera.

  2. Duration of Partnership: The partnership shall commence
    upon registration of this certificate in accordance with section
    54 of the Partnership Act 1908 and shall terminate upon
    registration of a certificate pursuant to section 62 of the said
    Act or upon the expiration of 7 years from the date of
    registration of this certificate, whichever is the sooner.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the High Court was, on the
11th day of September 1981, presented to the said Court by
TOLLEY INDUSTRIES LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
having its registered office at Central Chambers, Eva Street,
Wellington; and the said petition is directed to be heard
before the Court sitting at Rotorua on the 24th day of
November 1981, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any
creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition
may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his
counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be
