Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, Road Closed and Incorporated in Crown Lease and Road Closed and Incorporated in Deferred Payment Licence in Block V, Uawa Survey District, Cook County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto which land shall vest in the Cook County Council; and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed; and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall when so closed be incorporated in deferred payment licence D.P.F. No. 188 recorded in the register book, Volume 1B, folio 967, held by Hikurangi Forest Farms Limited at Gisborne; and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall when so closed be incorporated in Crown Lease No. 366 recorded in the register book Volume 4L, folio 131 held from Her Majesty the Queen by Hikurangi Forest Farms Limited at Gisborne.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land in Block IX, Komakorau Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Notice dated the 20th day of July 1981, published in Gazette, 30 July 1981, No. 92, at page 2109 declaring land acquired for a government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land in Block IX, Komakorau Survey District, Waikato County, by declaring the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 subject to the water supply easement created by transfer H. 315598.8, South Auckland Registry.
