Declaring Road in Westland County to be Under the Control and Management of the Westland County Council

Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall on and after the date hereof be under the control and management of the Westland County Council.

All that piece of road containing 429 square metres, situated in Block III, Taoroha Survey District, being formerly Crown land; as shown on plan S.O. 10033, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hokitika, and thereon shown marked “A”.

Declaring Land Taken for a Limited Access Road and for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Road in Blocks III and X, Rotoiti Survey District, Rotorua District

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience or enjoyment of a road, from and after the 12th day of November 1981.
