PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 29th day of July 1981 and published in Gazette, 6th August 1981, No. 94, at page 2172, in the City of Porirua, by the addition of the omitted words following the words “in the Schedule hereto” in line 7:—

“for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935, in the City of Porirua, as from the 12th day of November 1981”.
