PURSUANT to section 175 (3) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Manukau City Council to reclaim 3 areas comprising of 3600 square metres, 2500 square metres, 550 square metres, totalling 6650 square metres, more or less, of Auckland Harbour Board Endowment Land from Pahurehure Inlet, Manukau Harbour, as shown edged yellow on plan M.D. (N) 815, and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.

PURSUANT to section 175 (4) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council of 8 November 1980, as amended by Order in Council of 10 November 1980, which authorised Roger Winton Turner and Doreen Patricia Turner to reclaim 1440 square metres of land from the bed of the Tairua Harbour at Tairua, and validated the application procedures adopted.
