CORRIGENDUM
In the declaration taking land for the development of water power (Takaini substation) in the City of Manukau published in Gazette of 17 September 1981, No. 108, at page 2578, for the area of “201 square metres” mentioned in the first line of the Schedule read “2001 square metres” which area appears in the original declaration signed by the Minister of Works and Development.

CORRIGENDUM
Appointment of Honorary Community Officers Under the Maori Community Development Act 1962
In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 October 1981, No. 116, p. 2732, for the words ‘Rose Ihipera Stewart (Mrs), area of Manutuke,’ in the last line of the Schedule, please read ‘Rose Ihipera Stewart (Mrs)—arca Gisborne’, which last mentioned words should have appeared in the original notice signed by the Minister of Maori Affairs.

Land Taken for Road in Block XIV, Titirangi Survey District, Franklin County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and shall vest in the Franklin County Council as from the date herein-after mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of November 1981.

Declaring Land in Roadways Laid Out in Block VII, Waoku Survey District, Hokianga County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, the Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 8th day of May 1942 to be road, and to be vested in the Hokianga County Council.

ALL that piece of land containing 9.5 perches, situated in Block VII, Waoku Survey District, and being part Whakatere Mountain Roadway; as shown on plan S.O. 46878, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured yellow.
