Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a place for public and private worship and a marae for the common use and benefit of the Uriohua, Takotoke, and Ngatikura sub-tribes, and the Maori people of Kaikohe.

Land Acquired as State Forest—Rotorua Conservancy

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as State forest land.

833.0767 hectares, more or less, being Sections 5, 9, and 10, Block VII, Mangaoparo Survey District (S.O. plans 3675, 6685, and 6686), and Lot 1, D.P. 3696, situated in Blocks VII and IX, Mangaoparo Survey District. All transfer document 132852.5; as shown on Plans Z15/2-5 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that the following two schools have entered into the state education system in accordance with the provisions of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, with effect from the 3rd day of February 1981.

Saint Edmund’s Primary School, 93 Macandrew Road, South Dunedin.

Saint Mary’s Primary School, Chaucer Street, Milton.

A copy of each integration agreement is available for inspection at the Department of Education, Head Office, Government Buildings, Wellington.

Export Performance Taxation Incentive—Schedule of Export Goods—Amendment No. 1

PURSUANT to section 156c (6) of the Income Tax Act 1976, notice is hereby given by the Secretary of Trade and Industry that the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Overseas Trade have jointly approved an amendment to the Schedule of Export Goods, (approval of which was notified in the Gazette of 1 May 1980), by deleting the letter ‘X’ where it prefixes the following species in Chapter 3 of the Schedule:

Hake,
Wharehou, all species and
Trevally.

The effect of this amendment is to make the above species eligible to receive the Export Performance Taxation Incentive.

This amendment shall apply from the income year that commenced on the 1st day of April 1980.

Notice No. 15, 1981

PURSUANT to regulation 13 of the Pork Marketing Board Regulations 1973, and regulation 5 of the Pork Marketing Board Regulations 1976, Amendment No. 2, the Pork Marketing Board hereby gives the following notice.

N O T I C E

  1. This notice may be cited as the Basic Minimum Price for Pigs Notice No. 15, 1981.

  2. This notice shall be operable from the 9th day of February 1981.

  3. This notice fixes the basic minimum prices for pigs, as specified in the following Schedule, delivered to export pig slaughterhouses.
