PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Featherston County) Notice No. 1, 1981.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

SITUATED within Featherston County at Ngawihi:

Ngawi Drive: from a point 200 metres northerly, generally, from Tilson Road to a point 1600 metres measured southerly, generally, from Tilson Road.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Malvern County) Notice No. 1, 1981.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

SITUATED within Malvern County at Coalgate:

Bridge Street: from a point 50 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said street from Coaltrack Road to a point 100 metres measured south-westerly, generally, along the said street from the No. 72 State Highway (Woodend-Winchester via Oxford and Mayfield).

The Traffic (Kapiti Borough) Notice No. 1, 1981

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Kapiti Borough) Notice No. 1, 1981.

The roads specified in the first Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Kapiti Borough) Notice No. 1, 1977, dated the 25th day of March 1977†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Kapiti Borough:

No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from the southern boundary of Kapiti Borough to a point 320 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said State Highway from Kapiti Road (Paraparaumu); and from Ruahine Street (Paraparaumu) to the northern boundary of Kapiti Borough at Waikanae.

At Paekakariki:

Paekakariki Hill Road: from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to the southern boundary of Kapiti Borough.

At Raumati:

Poplar Avenue: from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to Matai Road.

Raumati Road: from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to a point 90 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along the said road from Rimu Road.

At Paraparaumu:

Arawhata Road: from Tutanekei Street to Mazengarb Road.

Kapiti Road: from a point 200 metres measured north-westerly, generally, along the said road from Te Roto Drive to a point 90 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along the said road from Hurley Road.

Mazengarb Road: from a point 600 metres measured south-easterly, generally, along the said road from Walton Road to Arawhata Road.
