The Traffic (Mosgiel Borough and Taieri County) Notice
No. 1, 1976, dated the 14th day of July 1976† issued pursuant
to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A
of the Traffic Regulations 1956 is hereby revoked.

SITUATED within Taieri County adjacent to Mosgiel Borough:
Centre Street.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Mosgiel Borough:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff).
Elizabeth Avenue.
Factory Road: from the north-eastern boundary of Mosgiel
Borough to a point 160 metres measured north-easterly,
generally, along the said road from Rentons Road.
Gladstone Road: from the south-western boundary of Mos-
giel Borough to a point 100 metres measured south-westerly,
generally, along the said road from Cemetery Road.
Main South Road.
Quarry Road: from Main South Road to a point 50 metres
measured northerly, generally, along the said road from Main
South Road.
Riccarton Road: from the north-western boundary of Mos-
giel Borough to the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff).
THIRD SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Mosgiel Borough:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from a point 20
metres measured north-easterly, generally, along the said
State Highway from Elizabeth Avenue to a point 480 metres
measured south-westerly, generally, along the said State High-

The Traffic (Waipa County) Notice No. 1, 1981
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waipa County)
Notice No. 1, 1981.
The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby
declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes
of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pur-
suant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.
The Traffic (Waipa County) Notice No. 3, 1977, dated the
30th day of June 1977† issued pursuant to section 52 of the
Transport Act 1962, is hereby revoked.

No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Ply-
mouth): from a point 100 metres measured north-westerly,

The Traffic (Dunedin City) Notice No. 1, 1981
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Dunedin City)
Notice No. 1, 1981.
The roads specified in the first Schedule hereto are hereby
excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section
52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the second Schedule nereto are
hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit
areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations
1976.
The road specified in the third Schedule hereto is hereby
declared to be a limited speed zone pursuant to regulation
21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Dunedin City) Notice No. 1, 1973, dated the
5th day of October 1973†, and the Traffic (Dunedin City)
Notice No. 1, 1979, dated the 3rd day of December 1979‡
issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and
regulation 27 (2) (a) of the Traffic Regulations 1956 and
regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 are hereby
revoked.
