OF HASTINGS DEMOLITION (1977) LIMITED, a duly incor-
porated company having its registered office at Barr, Burgess
and Stewart, Chartered Accountants, Warren Street,
Hastings, and carrying on business as building demolishers:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the High Court was, on the
2nd day of October 1981, presented to the said Court by
HAWKES BAY NEWSPAPERS LIMITED of Hastings, a duly
incorporated company carrying on business there as a news-
paper publisher. And, that the said petition is directed to be
heard before the Court sitting at Napier on the 11th day of
November 1981, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any
creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition
may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel
for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished
by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the
said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the High Court was on the
13th day of October 1981 presented to the said Court by
LANDEL CORPORATION OF NEW ZEALAND LIMITED, having its
registered office at Auckland; and the said petition is directed
to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the
18th day of November 1981 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and
any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition
may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel
for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished

of FULTON HOGAN HOLDINGS LIMITED, a company duly
incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office
at Fairfield:

NOTICE is hereby given that a sealed copy of the order of the
High Court of New Zealand, dated the 22nd day of September
1981, confirming the reduction of the above company’s share
premium account, was registered with the Registrar of Com-
panies on the 19th day of October 1981. The said order is in
the following form:

“1. That the reduction of the share premium account resolved
in the special resolution passed at the extraordinary general
meeting of the company held on the 14th day of September
1981 be confirmed.

  1. That notice of the registration of the order now made be
    published once in the New Zealand Gazette.”
