Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 23rd day of October 1981, the bank appointed Robert James Ross, chartered accountant, whose offices are at the offices of Grayburn Ross and Partners, Bridge Street, Tokoroa as receiver of the property of this company under the powers contained in an Instrument dated 18th day of September 1979.

The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

NOTICE is hereby given that the final general meeting of the society will be held at the offices of the Auckland Harbour Board (Ninth Floor), Air New Zealand House, 1 Queen Street, Auckland, on Thursday, the 19th day of November 1981, at 3 p.m., for the purposes of having laid before the meeting the liquidator’s statement showing how the winding up of the society has been conducted, to give explanations thereon and on the disposal of the property of the society.

Further Business:
To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution (per section 328 (b) of the Companies Act 1955 on disposal of books and papers) namely:
That the books, papers and documents of the society be disposed of to the museum when incorporated as a board under the provisions of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957. The board may retain or destroy such records as desired.
