TAKE notice that the High Court did on 14 October 1981 dismiss a petition that this company be wound up by the Court. Thus my appointment in terms of a members’ voluntary winding up was left to stand. However, at that time I did undertake to consult with creditors, through a committee, should certain circumstances arise.

Thus, for the purpose of electing such a committee, a meeting of creditors is called for 10 a.m. on Wednesday, 11 November 1981, in the Boardroom, N.Z. Founders Society, Wakefield House, The Terrace, Wellington.

Even though this meeting is an informal one, its procedures will be conducted in keeping with the provisions of the Companies Winding Up Rules 1956. That is, inter alia, attendance and voting will be governed by the submission of proofs of debt and where appropriate of proxies.

Any creditor who may wish to attend this meeting shall submit to the liquidator a proof of debt and where necessary a form of proxy duly completed in terms of the Companies Winding Up Rules 1956. These are to be in his hands by 6 November 1981.
