Notice Prohibiting the Taking of Mussels from Ohiwa Harbour

PURSUANT to regulation 101A of the Fisheries (General) Regulations 1950, notice is hereby given that the taking of mussels from Ohiwa Harbour is prohibited during the period of 4 months commencing with the 1st day of November 1981 and ending with the 31st day of March 1982.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Pirongia State Forest Park—Auckland Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forest Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Pirongia State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

152.1700 hectares, more or less, being Allotment 486, Pirongia Parish, situated in Blocks XIV, XV, Alexandra, and Blocks II and III, Pirongia Survey District, and Allotment 487, Pirongia Parish, situated in Blocks II and III, Pirongia Survey District, as shown on plan S. 15/1, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of October 1981.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road, and to be vested in the Bay of Islands County Council.
