Road Closed in Block IX, Maungataniwha Survey District,
Mangonui County, and added to Land Held for a Scenic
Reserve

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims that the road described in the First Schedule hereto
is hereby closed and added to the land held for a scenic
reserve, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Road Closed

ALL that piece of road containing 4285 square metres,
adjoining or passing through Section 2, Block IX, Maunga-
taniwha Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 52842, lodged
in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon
marked “W”.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Part Mangamuka Gorge Scenic Reserve

ALL that piece of land being Section 2, Block IX, Maunga-
taniwha Survey District, as shown on plan S.O. 18581, lodged
in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

for road from and after the 22nd day of October 1981.
