Land Proclaimed as Road in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District, City of Porirua

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Porirua City Council.

ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District, City of Porirua, described as follows:

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block II, Maketu Survey District, Tauranga County, for a Limited Access Road

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for a limited access road the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land to be used for widening an existing limited access road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Te Puke and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land, should, if they have any objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Planning Tribunal at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block VII, Wakapuaka Survey District, City of Nelson

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 24th day of December 1980, and published in Gazette, 15 January 1981, No. 1, at page 12, declaring land taken for road in the City of Nelson, by deleting the heading thereto and substituting the words, “Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block VII, Wakapuaka Survey District, Waimea County”, and by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule:

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Wakapuaka Survey District, Waimea County, described as follows:

Road Closed and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block XI, Ruataniwha Survey District, Wairpawa District

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby takes the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and hereby declares that the road described in the First Schedule hereto and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto when so closed and taken shall vest in Richard Bond Ncsbitt of Napier, chartered accountant and James Hadfield Zohrab of Napier, solicitor, subject to Statutory Land Charge 208154 and mortgages No. 311359.2 and 188256, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.

ALL that piece of road containing 3840 square metres, situated in Block XI, Ruataniwha Survey District, adjoining or passing through Lot 1, D.P. 10934, and part Lot 2, D.P. 4061; as shown on plan S.O. 7599, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier and thereon marked ‘L’.

SECOND SCHEDULE

Land Taken and Vested

ALL that piece of land containing 1.2000 hectares, situated in Block XI, Ruataniwha Survey District, being part Lot 2, D.P. 4061; as shown on plan S.O. 7599, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier and thereon marked ‘M’.

Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block XI, Ruataniwha Survey District Wairpawa District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, from and after the 22nd day of October 1981.
