A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 207 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the course of the Kaikorai Stream shall be altered or diverted
within the subsoil of the land below a plane marked B-C on
plan S.O. 17265 described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 0.1 of a perch being part
land on D.P. 536, being part Section 90, Block V, Lower Kai-
korai Survey District; as shown on plan M.O.W. 28213 (S.O.
17265), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and
Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

in place of Frederick Alexander Langbein as from 3 October
1981.

Revoking the Appointment of a Member of the Water
Committee of the Auckland Regional Authority

Act 1968, the Minister of Health hereby revokes the appointment
of Eardley Lormier Button, E.D., M.B., Ch.B., F.R.C.S.(ENG.),
F.R.C.S.(EDIN.), F.R.C.S., of Wellington, as a member of the
Medical Practitioners Disciplinary Committee, and hereby
appoints the under-mentioned medical practitioner to be a
member of the Medical Practitioners Disciplinary Committee,
namely:
