of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

In the notice with the above heading published in the New
Zealand Gazette 23 July 1981, No. 89, page 2043, referring
to State Highway No. 2, Apata to Carmichaels Road section
for “The frontages of part Lot 2, D.P. 28731 (C.T. 21B/117)
and part allotments 274 and 74 (C.T. 23C/329) Parish of Te
Puna” reads “The frontages of part Lot 2, D.P. 28731 and
part allotment 274 (C.T. 21B/117) and part allotment 74
(C.T. 23C/329) Parish of Te Puna”.

CORRIGENDUM

In the declaration published in the New Zealand Gazette of
13 August 1981, No. 26, at page 2240, declaring land taken
for road in the City of Christchurch, in relation to the areas
thirdly and fourthly described in the Schedule for “marked ‘G’
on plan” read “marked ‘C’ on plan” and for “marked ‘E’ on
plan” read “marked ‘G’ on plan”, which expressions appear
in the original declaration signed by the Minister.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Honourable
Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for refuse disposal
purposes and shall vest in the Waimairi County Council as
from the date hereinafter mentioned, and I also declare that
this proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day
of October 1981.
