PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice:
NOTICE

(a) This notice may be cited as the Carmel College Board of Governors Notice 1981.
(b) This notice shall come into force on 14 October 1981. -
The Board of Governors of Carmel College shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the education board of the district of Auckland;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
(c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
(d) Four members appointed by the proprietor of the school.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 13) 1981
PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 13) 1981.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of November 1981. -
Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.
