Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

1283.2722 hectares, more or less, being Sections 22, 23, and 24, Square 176 and Section 9, Block I, part Section 7, Block II, and Sections 10, 12, 13 and 14, Block V, Matakitaki Survey District, and Section 11, Block VIII, and Section 23, Block XII, Burnett Survey District and Part Section 7 and Lot 2, D.P. 5448, situated in Block XIV, Tutaiki Survey District. Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Waikato Licensing Committee

Pursuant to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Waikato Licensing Committee on 17 July 1981 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Glenview Hotel, Hamilton.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On any Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve—Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

I, Alexander King Ewing, Controller, Marine Administration, pursuant to sections 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby approve the Manukau City Council Bylaw No. 8 1967, Foreshore and Marine Control—Amendment No. 8, made by the Manukau City Council by special order at a meeting held on 25 June 1981 and confirmed on 30 July 1981.
