Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for a site for a substation and serviceman's cottage, described in the Schedule hereto.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—CHEVIOT COUNTY
1483 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 42605 (formerly part Reserve 4811), situated in Block XII, Lowry Peaks Survey District. Part certificate of title 6D/1417.

Revoking State Highway and Declaring Public Highway to be State Highway
PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works and Development, gives notice that the State highway described in the First Schedule hereto is revoked, and that the public highway described in the Second Schedule hereto is declared to be a State highway, within the meaning and for the purposes of the National Roads Act.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that section of State Highway No. 22 in Pukekohe as described in part II of the Schedule to the notice declaring public highways to be State highways published in the Gazette, 24 March 1960, page 384.
SECOND SCHEDULE
PUKEKOHE BOROUGH—NO. 22 STATE HIGHWAY
ALL that section of public highway from the intersection of State Highway No. 22 with Tobin Street via the North East Sector Ring Road to its intersection with Manukau Road.

Revoking State Highway and Declaring Public Highway to be State Highway
PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works and Development, gives notice that the State highway described in the First Schedule hereto is revoked, and that the public highway described in the Second Schedule hereto is declared to be a State highway, within the meaning and for the purposes of the National Roads Act.

ALL that section of No. 16 State Highway in Auckland as described in part II of the Schedule to the notice declaring public highways to be State highways published in the Gazette, 24 March 1960, page 384.
SECOND SCHEDULE
AUCKLAND—NO. 16 STATE HIGHWAY
ALL that section of public highway commencing at the Auckland-Whenuapai motorway ramp terminals at Wellington Street and along the motorway lanes following a south-westerly direction along Karangahape Road, Newton Road and Bond Street then in a westerly direction to the junction with Great North Road at Western Springs, including the Newton Road on and off ramps.

SECOND SCHEDULE
DUNEDIN—NO. 1 STATE HIGHWAY
(a) From the Dunedin-Waitati Motorway at the boundary of Dunedin City along Pine Hill Road, Great King Street, Duke Street, Cumberland Street, Gowland Street, Castle Street, High Street, Cumberland Street, Andersons Bay Road, new road via King Edward Street overpass, South Road, and Caversham Valley Road to the south-western boundary of the city.
(b) From the intersection of Duke and Great King Streets along Great King Street, Malcolm Street, Cumberland Street, and High Street to its junction with Crawford Street, along Crawford Street and Andersons Bay Road to its junction with Cumberland Street.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hauraki Plains County Council on the 31st day of July 1980: “That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hauraki Plains County Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said County in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby, declared to be reserves for local purpose (drainage) within the meaning of the said Act”.
