Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for local purposes (plantation), over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Auckland City Council in such manner and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks VIII, IX, XI, XII, XVII, XVIII, and XIX, Waikato Survey District and Blocks I, II, and V, Garvie Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Southland County Council pursuant to the said section 323, and as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
