NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 17th day of August 1981, presented to the said Court by JAMES WILLIAM HARDIMAN, District Commissioner of Inland Revenue at Lower Hutt; and the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington, on Wednesday the 23rd day of September 1981, at 10 a.m. in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

KAITAIA BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE is hereby given that the Kaitaia Borough Council, proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the First Schedule hereto for water works and to take the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for severance associated with the taking of the land in the First Schedule hereto for waterworks and to take a right of way easement in gross vesting in the Kaitaia Borough Council the rights contained in paragraphs 1 and 3 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 over the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto for waterworks such land and easements to be used for an earth dam and associated severance and right of way and pipelines and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land and easements so required to be taken is deposited in the Local Authority Office (Kaitaia Borough Council and Mangonui County Council) at Commerce Street, Kaitaia, opposite the Post Office and there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land and easement should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land and severance and easements, and not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make an objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to the Planning Tribunal at Wellington; and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

Thirdly, all that piece of land containing 00.3 perches, more or less, situated in the Mangonui County, being part Okahu 4C2 Block, contained in Deeds Index, Volume 1H, folio 421, coloured sepia on Survey Office Plan 46461 (North Auckland Registry).
