CRIMINAL JUSTICE ACT 1954, SECTION 44D3
PURSUANT to the above section an order for confiscation of a motor vehicle was made in the Wanganui District Court on 18 July 1980 in respect of a 1960 Vauxhall PA motorcar registration number BP 7982.

NOTICE OF PRIVATE BILL
THE METHODIST WITHELLS ROAD CEMETERY EMPOWERING ACT 1980
NOTICE is hereby given that the Trustees of the Withells Road Methodist Cemetery (hereinafter referred to as “the Trustees”) propose to apply for leave to bring into the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament, assembled during its present session, a private bill, the objects of which are to enable the Trustees of the Withells Road Methodist Cemetery to transfer the remains buried therein to another burial ground and then to sell the said cemetery and apply the proceeds thereof in payment of costs and expenses in connection with promotion of the said bill and the cost of transferring the remains as aforesaid and to apply any surplus for the benefit of the Methodist Church of New Zealand.
The promoters of this private bill are the said Trustees. Communications or notices to the promoters may be sent to and a copy of the bill may be inspected at the offices of Messrs J. A. Flesher and Son, Solicitors for the promoters, 169 Hereford Street, Christchurch.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on 15 August 1980 at Christchurch/Invercargill was 251.26 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is above the Government’s supplementary minimum wool price of 235 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no supplement is payable on wool until further notice.
There is likewise no grower retention levy payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, as the A.W.A.S.P. is less than the ruling trigger price of 330 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

We the persons named and described in the Schedule hereto and Sheffield Associates Management Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, do hereby give notice that by registration of this certificate we do hereby renew for a further term of 7 years from the 7th day of May 1980, the special partnership formed under the provisions of Part II of the Partnership Act 1908, details of which are set out hereunder; and we do hereby further certify pursuant to the provisions of section 51 and 62 of the said Act as follows:
(a) The style of the firm under which the partnership has been conducted is Tauranga Motel Partnership—Sheffield Associates Management Limited and Company.
(b) The names and places of residence of all partners are as follows:
General Partners:
Sheffield Associates Management Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland.
Special Partners:
The persons whose names and addresses are set forth in the Schedule hereto.
(c) The aforesaid special partners have contributed to the common stock of the partnership the sums listed against their respective names in the Schedule hereto. The general partner has contributed to the common stock of the partnership the sum of $7000.
(d) The general nature of the business transacted by the partnership is that of carrying on the business of motel proprietors.
(e) The principal places at which the business has been transacted are at the offices of the general partner, Sheffield Associates Management Limited, Ground Floor, Hampton Court Building, corner Wellesley and Federal Streets, Auckland 1.
(f) The renewed term of the partnership commenced on the 7th day of May 1980 and is to terminate 7 years from that date.
