NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-mentioned company by the High Court was, on the 7th day of August 1980, presented to the said High Court by N.Z.I. FINANCE LIMITED; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch, on the 10th day of September 1980, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulation charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand, dated the 8th day of August 1980, confirming the reduction of capital of the above company from $46,000 to $920 and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 18th day of August 1980.

The said minute is in words and figures following:

The capital of John Reid & Sons Limited is $920 divided into 23 000 shares of 4 cents each fully paid having been reduced from $46,000 divided into 23 000 shares of $2 each fully paid.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, and in the matter of the Local Government Act 1974:

NOTICE is hereby given that the notice of intention to take land issued by the Lower Hutt City Council and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 85, at pages 2231-2232 (the issue of the New Zealand Gazette dated 24 July 1980), was inadvertently and incorrectly dated the 16th day of July 1980.

The correct date of the aforesaid notice is the 19th day of July 1980.
