Appointment of Member of the State Services Commission

Reconstituting the Coromandel State Forest Park Advisory Committee

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the State Forest Parks and Forest Recreation Regulations 1979, the Minister of Forests hereby reconstitutes the Coromandel State Forest Park Advisory Committee.

The reconstituted committee shall consist of the Conservator of Forests, Auckland, and 9 appointed members, namely:

Mary Elizabeth McCracken,
Basil James Morrison,
Michael Paul Jozef Oomen,
David John Panckhurst,
Arnold Valentine Piesse,

The appointed members shall hold office for a term expiring on the 1st day of March 1983.

Reappointment of Growers’ Representative on the Tobacco Board

PURSUANT to sections 4 and 5 of the Tobacco Growing Industry Act 1974, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby reappoints John Clifford Hurley, tobacco grower, of Motueka, being a person nominated by the New Zealand Tobacco Growers’ Federation in accordance with section 6 of the said Act, to be a growers’ representative on the Tobacco Board for a term of 3 years commencing on the 1st day of September 1980.

Appointment of Manufacturers’ Representative on the Tobacco Board

PURSUANT to section 7 of the Tobacco Growing Industry Act 1974, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby appoints Lawrence Francis Doolan, commercial relations manager, of Auckland, being a person nominated by the manufacturers of tobacco, to be a manufacturers’ representative on the Tobacco Board in place of and for the residue of the term of office of Mr J. G. Husheer, resigned, i.e. until 31 August 1982.
