PUBLIC NOTICE
AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY
NOTICE is hereby given that at its ordinary meeting held at 6 p.m., Monday, 21 July 1980, the Auckland Regional Authority resolved to raise Transport Loan No. 11 (1980) $2,500,000 for the purposes of and incidental to the provision of power supply and overhead for the operation of trolley buses.
It was resolved that security for the said loan shall be in terms of section 6 of the Auckland Regional Authority Amendment Act 1969.
The authority further resolved that a Sinking Fund of $0.67 per centum per annum where the term is for 6 years and $0.81 per centum per annum for all other terms be established for the purposes of repaying the loan.

NOTICE OF PRIVATE BILL
THE METHODIST WITHELLS ROAD CEMETERY
EMPOWERING ACT 1980
NOTICE is hereby given that the Trustees of the Withells Road Methodist Cemetery (hereinafter referred to as “the Trustees”) propose to apply for leave to bring into the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament, assembled during its present session, a private bill, the objects of which are to enable the Trustees of the Withells Road Methodist Cemetery to transfer the remains buried therein to another burial ground and then to sell the said cemetery and apply the proceeds thereof in payment of costs and expenses in connection with promotion of the said bill and the cost of transferring the remains as aforesaid and to apply any surplus for the benefit of the Methodist Church of New Zealand.
The promoters of this private bill are the said Trustees. Communications or notices to the promoters may be sent to and a copy of the bill may be inspected at the offices of Messrs J. A. Flesher and Son, Solicitors for the promoters, 169 Hereford Street, Christchurch.

We the persons named and described in the Schedule hereto and Sheffield Associates Management Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, do hereby give notice that by registration of this certificate we do hereby renew for a further term of 7 years from the 24th day of November 1979, the special partnership formed under the provisions of part II of the Partnership Act 1908, details of which are set out hereunder; and do hereby further certify pursuant to the provisions of section 51 and 62 of the said Act as follows:
(a) The style of the firm under which the partnership has been conducted is South Pacific Motel Partnership – Sheffield Associates Management Limited and Company.
(b) The names and places of residence of all partners are as follows:

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of GEMINI PEPPER CONSTRUCTION LTD:
NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 23rd day of June 1980, confirming the reduction of the share capital of the above-named company from $400,000 to $200,000, and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 29th day of July 1980.
The said minute is in the words and figures following:
The capital of Gemini Pepper Construction Ltd. is $200,000 divided into 400,000 fully paid shares of 50 cents each, having been reduced from $400,000 divided into 400,000 fully paid shares of $1 each.

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1937, The Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand Ltd. has made an application to the Minister of Energy for a pipeline authorisation to convey natural gas by pipeline from a terminal station at Pungarehu to a metering and pressure regulating facility at the Rahotu Dairy Factory.

(f) The renewed term of the partnership commenced on the 24th day of November 1979 and is to terminate 7 years from that date.
