Cancellation of the Vesting in the Marlborough Harbour Board of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Marlborough Harbour Board of the reserve for Harbour Purposes, described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for local purpose (access) over the land, described in the Schedule hereto.

National Roads Board—Declaring a State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 16 July 1980, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 2, Masterton to Carterton section, for a length of 6 metres across the whole frontage of part D.P. 10238 (certificate of title 20A/641), access strip, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan L.A. 51/15/3, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Trentham, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring a State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 16 July 1980, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 2, Greytown to Featherston section, for half its width on the northern side extending westward for 20 metres from the junction of the north-east boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 45207 (certificate of title 16B/970), with the State highway boundary, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 of plan L.A. 51/16/4, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Trentham, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 16 July 1980, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 57, Levin to Potts Road section, for its full width commencing at the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 25533 (certificate of title C2/902), and extending westwards for 47.27 metres across the frontages of Lot 2 and 3, D.P. 50292 (certificate of title 20A/388, and 20A/696 respectively), as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan L.A. 52/29/4, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Porirua, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking a Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 1 (Awanui to Bluff), Pakaraka to Kawakawa section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 5 of plan L.A. 11/8/2, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Whangarei, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 16 July 1980, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 15 August 1979*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration commencing at the eastern boundary of part Oropa 2B Block (part certificate of title 378/275) and extending westwards for 250 metres.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking a Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 29 (Tauranga-Piarere) Barkes Corner to Tauriko section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 4 of plan M.O.W. 13422, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 16 July 1980, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 21 June 1967*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for a width of 13 metres on the southern side commencing 80 metres west of the junction of the western boundary of Allotments 683 and 788, Te Papa Parish, and extending westwards for 180 metres.

REFERRING to State Highway No. 2 (Pokeno to Wellington), Waiari River to Junction with State Highway No. 33, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 8 of plan M.O.W. 34957, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 16 July 1980, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 21 February 1973*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration for its full width from the junction of the western boundary of Rangiuru 1A7B8B on the north side of the highway, to the eastern boundary of the said Rangiuru 1A7B8B on the southern side of the highway.
