HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Hauraki Catchment District Order 1973, Gazette, 5 April 1973, No. 29, page 682, as subsequently amended by order dated 22 July 1974, Gazette No. 75, page 1589, by: First, deleting paragraphs 3 and 4; Secondly, substituting the new paragraphs 3 and 4 shown in the Schedule hereto.
This Order in Council shall come into effect on the 11th day of October 1980.

Temporary Conciliator of Industrial Conciliation Service Appointed
PURSUANT to section 63 (7) of the Industrial Relations Act 1973 (as substituted by section 6 (2) of the Industrial Relations Amendment Act (No. 2) 1976), His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, has been pleased to appoint
George Oliver Whatnall of Ohope
to be a conciliator of the Industrial Conciliation Service in a temporary capacity for a term commencing on the 1st day of September 1980 and ending with the 28th day of November 1980.
