Land Taken for the Purposes of the Forests Act 1949 in Strathallan County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Forests Act 1949; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of July 1980.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 8.0937 hectares, situated in Blocks X and XI, Opihi Survey District, being Rural Section 24193. All certificate of title 102/29.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of July 1980.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Coromandel State Forest Park.

Thames-Coromandel District

Section 18, Block VI, Whitianga Survey District: area, 4939 square metres, more or less (S.O. 48878).

Section 19, Block VI, Whitianga Survey District: area, 2243 square metres, more or less (S.O. 48878).

Section 20, Block VI, Whitianga Survey District: area 6.1020 hectares, more or less (S.O. 48878).

As shown on plan N44/44 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
