All that piece of land containing 65 square metres, more or less, being that part of Subdivision 15 of the Rural Section numbered 58 Hutt District, and that part of the land comprised in the Crown Grant comprising certificate of title, Volume 30, folio 32, Wellington Registry, as is shown coloured orange on Survey Office Plan No. 28804 (required for road).

  2. All that piece of land containing 2 square metres, more or less, being that part of Subdivision 15 of the Rural Section numbered 58 Hutt District, and that part of the land comprised in the Crown Grant comprising certificate of title, Volume 30, folio 32, Wellington Registry, as is shown coloured orange on Survey Office Plan No. 28804 (required for a local purpose (road) reserve).

  3. All that piece of land containing 2 square metres, more or less, being that part of Subdivision 15 of the Rural Section numbered 58 Hutt District, and that part of the land comprised in the Crown Grant comprising certificate of title, Volume 30, folio 32, Wellington Registry, as is shown coloured orange on Survey Office Plan No. 28804 (required for a local purpose (road) reserve).

The pieces of land proposed to be taken for road comprise part of the carriageway of the road known as Harcourt Werry Drive in the City of Lower Hutt and the pieces of land required for a local purpose (road) reserve comprise approaches to that road. All pieces of land are situated along the alignment of Harcourt Werry Drive, approximately 500 metres north of the intersection of Harcourt Werry Drive and Percy Cameron Street in the City of Lower Hutt.
