At the end of each financial year 75 percent of the residue in the revenue account shall be transferred to the capital of the fund.

Delete and substitute—Revenue from the fund may be used by the President at his or her sole discretion to support in whole or in part any one or more of the following activities undertaken in the capacity as President, or for any other activities that are deemed necessary or desirable for the performance of the office and for the furtherance of the charitable objects of the Society.
