A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of June 1969, and published in Gazette 26 June 1969, Volume II, page 1160 and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. S. 462429, defining the middle line of a further portion of the Hamilton Eastern Bypass Motorway in Blocks XIII and XIV, Komakorau Survey District, City of Hamilton and County of Waikato, and revoking previous Proclamation.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 25th day of June 1980.

Land Taken for Road in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of July 1980.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63b (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Ruahine State Forest Park.
