Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Generation of
Electricity in Mackenzie County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule
hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Gilbert
Dionysius Seymour of Pukaki, runholder, under and by virtue
of pastoral lease No. P 43, Canterbury Land Registry, is here-
by taken for the generation of electricity, from and after the
3rd day of July 1980.
