Revoking Portion of a Proclamation Taking Land for Works, Appliances, and Conveniences Necessary, Directly or Indirectly, for the Generation of Electricity in the Borough of Cromwell

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 27th day of October 1976, and published in Gazette No. 113, 4 November 1976, at page 2491, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin as No. 468824, taking land for works, appliances, and conveniences necessary, directly or indirectly, for the generation of electricity in the Borough of Cromwell, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1.2472 hectares, being part Section 5, Block XVI, Town of Cromwell; as shown on plan S.O. 19000, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin, and thereon marked 'A'. Part Gazette notice No. 468824 (New Zealand Gazette, 4 November 1976, p. 2491).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of June 1980.

Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

1266 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 204, Section 11, Papakura Village, situated in Block IV, Drury Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1918, page 3880. As shown marked A on S.O. Plan 54019.

Authorising the Wellington Harbour Board to Reclaim Crown Seabed from Wellington Harbour

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL BY HIS DEPUTY IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 175 (3) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, revokes the Order in Council of 5 May 1980 authorising the Wellington Harbour Board to reclaim 3.9241 hectares of Crown Seabed from Wellington Harbour, and hereby authorises the Wellington Harbour Board to reclaim from Wellington Harbour an area of 3.9421 hectares, more or less, being Crown Seabed; as shown on plan MD 15947, deposited in the head office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.

Hurunui County Council Appointed to Control and Manage Birch Hill Cemetery

PURSUANT to section 23 of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint the Hurunui County Council to have the control and management of the Birch Hill Cemetery, being the land described in the Schedule hereto, as from the 31st day of January 1980.
SCHEDULE
BIRCH HILL CEMETERY
ALL that area in the Christchurch Land District containing 4178 square metres, more or less, being part section 31196, Block XIV, Mount Thomas Survey District, Lot 1, as shown on the certificate of title under the Land Transfer Act, Vol. 295, folio 191, transfer No. 224175, Canterbury Registry.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Deputy of the Governor-General signed this 12th day of June 1980.

Oroua County Council Appointed to Control and Manage Ashhurst Cemetery

PURSUANT to section 23 of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, I, Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint the Oroua County Council to have the control and management of the Ashhurst Cemetery, being the land described in the Schedule hereto, as from the 20th day of September 1978.
SCHEDULE
ASHHURST CEMETERY
ALL that parcel of land in the Wellington Land District, containing 1.4771 hectares, more or less, being Section No. 1685, Town of Palmerston North, Block III, Gorge Survey District, which was reserved for the purposes of a public cemetery by notification, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1901, page 1023.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Deputy of the Governor-General this 12th day of June 1980.
