Notice of Intention to Take Land in Blocks IX and X, Runanga Survey District, for Road

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land to be used for the realignment of State Highway No. 5, and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Te Haroto and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land, should, if they have any objections to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Planning Tribunal at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

Amending a Notice Setting Apart Crown Land for Road in Block I, Belmont Survey District, Porirua City

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice, dated the 4th day of October 1979, and published in Gazette, 18 October 1979, No. 96 at page 3019; setting apart Crown land for road in Block I, Belmont Survey District, Porirua City, by omitting from the fourth line the word "road" and substituting the words "State housing purposes".

Amending a Declaration Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block I, Belmont Survey District, Porirua City

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration, dated the 28th day of September 1979, and published in Gazette, 4 October 1979, No. 9, at page 2919, declaring leasehold estate in land taken for the purposes of a road in Block I, Belmont Survey District, Porirua City, by omitting from the tenth line the words "the purposes of a road" and substituting the words "State housing purposes".
