Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Blocks V, VI, and IX, Maraekakaho Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County and Waipawa District

PURSUANT to section 330a of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 15th day of November 1979 and published in Gazette, 22 November 1979, No. 107, on page 3614, declaring land taken for road and for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road in Blocks V, VI, and IX, Maraekakaho Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County and Waipawa District, by omitting the expression “S.O. 5863” as they appear in the Second Schedule as to the description of the area of land containing 0.4 of a perch thirdly described therein and substituting the expression “S.O. 5862”.
