A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of February 1980.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood and 25.5 perches (1657 square metres), situated in Block VIII, Matakaoa Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 2936; as shown on plan S.O. 6269, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Gisborne, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of January 1980.
