Cancellation of the Vesting in the Marlborough County
Council of Reserves and Appointment of the Marlborough
Sounds Maritime Park Board to Control and Manage the
Reserves
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby cancels the vesting in the Marlborough County Council
of the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, and appoints
the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to control and
manage the said reserves as reserves for local purpose (sounds
foreshore purposes).
SCHEDULE
Marlborough Land District—Marlborough County
430 square metres, more or less, Lot 3, D.P. 2104, situated in
Block XI, Linkwater Survey District.
556 square metres, more or less, Lot 4, D.P. 2065, situated in
Block IX, Arapawa Survey District.
1416 square metres, more or less, Lot 5, D.P. 2065, situated
in Block IX, Arapawa Survey District.
152 square metres, more or less, Lot 2, D.P. 2072, situated in
Block VIII, Arapawa Survey District.
1922 square metres, more or less, Lot 2, D.P. 1970, situated
in Block VIII, Arapawa Survey District.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the
Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be
Utilised
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown
Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for public
utility purposes, over the land described in the Schedule
hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be dis-
posed of by the Marlborough County Council at current
market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into
the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and
applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under
the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of
other land for reserves.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Paparua County Council
of a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977. and to a delegation
from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of
Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Paparua
County Council of the reserve for gravel pit purposes,
described in the Schedule hereto.
