The Tokomairiro High School Board of Governors Notice 1980
PURSUANT to section 51 and 51A of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
(1) This notice may be cited as the Tokomairiro High School Board of Governors Notice 1980.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1980. -
The Board of Governors of Tokomairiro High School shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Otago Education Board;
(b) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
(c) Two members elected by the members of the school committees of Milburn, Milton, Tokoiti, and Waihola primary schools;
(d) One member appointed by the Bruce County Council and the Milton Borough Council;
(e) One member co-opted by the Board of Governors itself if and when it thinks fit;
(f) One member elected by the teachers of all schools controlled by the board. -
This notice is in substitution for the Tokomairiro High School Board of Governors Notice 1974.

Oaths and Declarations Act

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, The Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

(a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 10) 1980.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1980. -
Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

The exemption from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.
