A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Forests Act 1949; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of June 1980.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Maori Trustee by Hori Awatere, under and by virtue of a memorandum of lease registered with the Maori Land Court of New Zealand, Tairawhiti District No. 8920, is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of June 1980.
