Notice No. 1 1980.

The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared
to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to
regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hutt County) Notice
No. 1, 1980.

The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes
of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
declared to be a limited speed zone pursuant to regulation
21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

The Traffic (Hutt County) Notice 1959, dated the 22nd day
of June 1959†, issued pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, and
regulation 27 (2) (a) of the Traffic Regulations 1956, is hereby
revoked.

SITUATED within Hutt County at Pauatahanui:

Paekakariki Hill Road: from the junction of No. 58 State
Highway (Haywards-Paranata), along the said road northerly,
generally, to Grays Road.

SECOND SCHEDULE

No. 58 State Highway (Haywards-Paranata), from a point
160 metres westerly, generally, along the said highway from
Paekakariki Hill Road to a point 160 metres easterly, generally,
