Airspace above Land Proclaimed as Road in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road all that portion of airspace situated between a plane at 1 metre above mean sea level, and a plane at 5.17 metres above mean sea level, from the Wellington City Council B.M. 19, corrected to mean sea level above the surface of the land described in the Schedule hereto, which airspace shall vest in the Wellington City Council, from and after the 12th day of June 1980.

Declaring Road in Block VII, Tongariro Survey District, Taumarunui County, to be Government Road, and to be Stopped and to be Crown Land, and Revoking Previous Notice

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby revokes the declaration dated the 1st day of February 1980, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 10, 14 February 1980, p. 310, declaring land acquired for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land; and, pursuant to the said Act, hereby:

(a) Declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and

(b) Stops the said road:

and further, pursuant to section 35 of the said Act, hereby declares the stopped Government road to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 12th day of June 1980.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block I, Tokata Survey District, Opotiki County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 24th day of March 1980, published in the Gazette 2 April 1980, No. 32, at page 985, declaring land taken for road in Block I, Tokata Survey District, Opotiki County, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting from the last part of the Schedule “thereon coloured green” and substituting “thereon coloured blue”.
