A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Kaweka State Forest Park.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT—HAWKE’S BAY COUNTY

12.4790 hectares, more or less, being firstly, Section 5, Block III, Ngaruroro Survey District. No Registration. S.O. Plan 7224 (2.1790 hectares). Being secondly, Section 6, Block III, Ngaruroro Survey District. No Registration. S.O. Plan 7224 (10.3000 hectares).

As shown on plan NI23/10 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of May 1980.

At the Government House at Wellington this 3rd day of June 1980

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 63B (2) of the Forests Act 1949, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the area of State forest land described in the Schedule hereto, having been set apart as part of Coromandel State Forest Park by a Proclamation dated the 5th day of August 1977 and published in New Zealand Gazette, 11th August 1977, Vol. 84, p. 2186, hereby ceases to be part of Coromandel State Forest Park as from the date of publication hereof.
